Returns and Exchanges
We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Returns and exchanges are free when you use a prepaid return shipping label (online purchases only), or when you return in store. You have up to 60 days from ship date to return or exchange items by mail that are purchased at www.hennozzles.com or up to 60 days from ship date for orders purchased at store or through customer sales representative. Items should be in an undamaged condition in order to be eligible for returns or exchange.
To Return Items by Mail

Identify your order number and item SKU from original invoice and send us an email at support@hennozzles.com requesting a return or exchange.

We will respond to your request within 4 business days and send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Prepare your package

Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your packing slip or invoice.

Affix your free prepaid shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing.

Ship it to the following address: HEN Nozzles Inc, 2560 Barrington Ct, Hayward, CA 94545
When your package is ready, drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location(details will be emailed along with prepaid shipping label).
What happens next?
We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed. You'll receive an email to confirm once the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
