PRODUCT LINE

Force™

AT A GLANCE

For the first time, a shutoff integrates a built-in HEN TURBO™ back-pressure device, allowing for 175 GPM at just 45 PSI nozzle pressure (NP)—without sacrificing performance. This means more water, less effort, and greater firefighter efficiency.

Fire suppression is about efficiency, safety, and effectiveness. The HEN FORCE™ line ensures firefighters stay in the fight longer, deliver consistent, high-impact water streams, and reduce fatigue—all while simplifying the pump operator’s job.

  • Works with any 1.75" handline hose

  • Eliminates hose kinks & nozzle whip

  • Lower nozzle reaction

At the heart of the HEN FORCE™ product line is the HEN HYDRO FORCE™ shutoff, an integrated shutoff, featuring a built-in TURBO™

back-pressure device. Engineered for a 75 psi inlet pressure, it maximizes hose performance while maintaining nozzle pressure between 40 to 50 psi across all 1.75-inch handline hose types. This configuration delivers a targeted flow of 175 GPM at 45 psi nozzle pressure, resulting in a manageable 60 lbs nozzle reaction force.

VERSATILE NOZZLES

Pair HYDRO FORCE™ with FORCE™ series BLADE™ & TIP™

BLADE FORCE™

The HEN BLADE FORCE™ nozzle combines the power of a smoothbore nozzle with a solid linear blade stream, delivering both a tight, solid stream for penetration and a blade-like pattern for enhanced fire attack versatility.

TIP FORCE™ 175

The HEN TIP FORCE™ 175 nozzle delivers a smoothbore-like performance with a tight, solid stream, maximizing reach and penetration for effective fire suppression while maintaining the benefits of a pressure-managed nozzle.

FORCE TIP 175.png

TIP 160

The HEN TIP 160 smoothbore nozzle performs with a tight, solid stream, maximizing reach and penetration for effective fire suppression at 50psi.

KEY FEATURES

175 GPM @ 45 PSI Nozzle Pressure

The nozzle delivers a flow rate of 175 gallons per minute (GPM) at just 45 PSI nozzle pressure, optimizing water application while reducing nozzle reaction. This allows firefighters to achieve effective fire suppression with lower pressure requirements.

60 lbs Nozzle Reaction

With a nozzle reaction of just 60 lbs, this nozzle reduces firefighter fatigue and improves handling, allowing for greater control and stability during fire suppression operations.

75 PSI Back-Pressure in Handline

With 75 PSI of back-pressure in the handline, this nozzle helps maintain hose rigidity, preventing kinks and minimizing nozzle whip. This ensures a steady, controlled stream, improving firefighter safety and effectiveness during operations.

Works with any 1.75" Hoseline

Designed for versatility, this nozzle is compatible with any 1.75" hoseline, allowing seamless integration into existing firefighting setups without the need for special adapters or modifications.

Addresses Staffing & Training Gaps

Engineered to enhance efficiency, this nozzle helps address staffing and training gaps by making operations more intuitive and reducing the physical demands on firefighters, allowing crews to work effectively with fewer personnel.

Why This Matters

The HEN FORCE™ line allows for a GPM-focused, low-reaction attack line—something that’s been missing in traditional nozzle designs. It’s a solution that simplifies water movement and increases operational efficiency on the fireground.
